Marco Antonio Meggiolaro wins Robocore Winter Challenge 2018!
Competing with his D2 robot "Mini Puma" in the beetleweight division of the Brazilian Robocore Winter Challenge, Marco won out over 58 other beetles, going 7-0 in his fights. Marco's overall record with his D2 is 24-2, a testament to Marco's excellent driving skills. Congratulations Marco! Here's a great video of one of Marco's fights on the way to winning. His D2 with the Wolverine claws performed well versus an aggressive drum spinner. We even get to see how well the D2 with Wolverine claws works when inverted! https://youtu.be/JfU2hQDv5oY

Carbon Fiber Infused Motor Braces!
We've upgraded the motor braces in the D2! Now made with carbon fiber infused filament on a Markforged 3D printer! The motor braces help prevent the motor breaking off of the gearbox during violent combat impacts, and now have significantly increased strength from the carbon fiber filament in the braces! As before, the motor brace set includes a brace that has a mounting slot for the mini power switch used in the the D2 combat robot kit. https://www.botkits.com/products/d2-carbon-infused-motor-braces-and-switch-mount
D2 Wolverine Kit is released!
After months of testing prototypes in combat events around the USA, we are proud to announce the release of the Wolverine attachment for the D2 combat robot kit! This attachment is designed to combat other wedge bots and drum/eggbeater style spinning weapons (still use the wedge for other opponents!). With multiple wins from combat events with the prototypes, we are confident this new weapon will increase the competitiveness of your D2 kit!
Sawyer Wright wins Beetleweight division at Clash of the Bots 2017!
Congratulations to Sawyer Wright for winning the Beetleweight division with his D2 "Mugga Junk", shown here with the prototype Wolverine attachment (coming soon!). Sawyer is the youngest member of Team MuggaJunk, who competed with three D2 bots at Clash of the Bots on June 24, 2017 and swept the beetleweight division! The bots swapped between the stock titanium wedges and the prototype Wolverine attachments depending on the opposing bots, a successful strategy that lead the team to their dominating performance. Congratulations Team MuggaJunk!
